Wow, I am way behind so these may all be very speedy reviews. This is the first album made by Will wiesenfeld under the moniker of Geotic. It is his more atmospheric minimal project as opposed to his other moniker Baths. I had listened to a couple of his Geotic albums but I had (have) a couple to go. Like I said, this is the first Geotic release. I enjoyed it a lot as it is quite unfocused in a good way. Some songs are minimalist piano or guitar pieces, some are electronic loops, and some are a bit more fleshed out ambient electronic music. He even works in his unique singing voice a bit as well. The album is well structured and quite enjoyable despite inconsistent production. One of my favorites by him yet. (106)
