Brutal Truth was formed in 1990 by ex Anthrax bassist Dan Lilker, this is their first full length. to me this album had more of a death metal influence than other BT albums i've heard. 

this is the 2010 reissue that has the original 15 tracks plus 11 bonus tracks.
tracks 16 - 18 are off the Perpetual Conversion EP, released in 1992. 

tracks 19 - 22 are previously unreleased and are all covers of a band called S.O.B

tracks 23 - 26 are off the Ill Neglect 7" released in 1993. 

this was another great Earache reissue. a definite must listen.
